Jet Wine Bar is focused on bringing an ever changing wine list of some of the most unique and fun wines from around the world. You can almost guarantee you will find a wine you have never heard of from a place you've never drank wine from before! In addition to an expansive wine list, we also have a full bar setup with cocktails, beer, and core spirits. Our kitchen puts out a mix of snacks, shared appetizers, and larger plates focused on Mediterranean and American cuisines.
Husband & wife team Vincent Stipo and Chloé Grigri are the power couple behind the newest Rittenhouse bar à vins, Superfolie. Both have long-standing experience in hospitality, with Grigri owning and operating The Good King Tavern and le Caveau, alongside her father, Bernard Grigri. Stipo moved to Philadelphia in 2012 to open acclaimed restaurant Vernick Food & Drink, and now is a real estate and hospitality consulting in the downtown market.
