Tapas plates include options like camtinpalos, which is traditional Spanish sausage, patatas bravas, which feature fried potatoes in spicy tomato sauce, and almejas bilbaina, which is clams in tomato and pepper sauce. Lola's also has soups and salads, such as the pumpkin cream soup or lobster meat salad.
Demo is a restaurant in the West Village serving modern, Europe-inspired cuisine from Executive Chef Quang Nguyen and Sous Chef Dina Fan. Inventive seasonal dishes—like wax beans with bottarga and boquerones—share the menu with updated classics like beef tongue tonnato, alongside a carefully curated list of wines by glass and bottle. The sleek interior, tastefully adorned with red marble and dark wood, hosts a front bar for walk-ins as well as a chef's counter in the back.Please note: We are a small restaurant. Socarrat, the quintessence of the perfect paella and for which the restaurant is named, is the delectable, sensuous crust that forms on the bottom of the paella pan when the liquid is rendered and the rice reaches its peak of succulence.
