The food was impeccable. Delicious. Creative. Artisan. These folks are good at what they do! The service was also top-notch! We had atleast 5 different people interact with us. Our main server, the hostess, a couple of others that refilled drinks and brought food to the table. We never had to ask for anything because we were offered to before we had a chance. They anticipated our requests. One oddity was that we had asked for about 3 slices of pizza to be packaged up to take home. The server took the pizza with the intention to do it and we never saw it again. However, we were stuffed by the time we left and didn't even realize it until we were at the car. So we just left it. We reasoned it was probably gone anyway. We didn't want to give the server a hard time by going back inside to demand 3 leftover slices of pizza. They all did such a great job even with this mishap. No harm. No foul.

It was clear from the time we entered the restaurant that the number of guests was significantly higher than usual. Tables had been added compared to a usual Friday night. It was Valentine’s evening. There were insufficient staff.. Management had overestimated their capacity. We witnessed one couple leave after about 15 minutes due to lack of service. The food was good and we prefer a wait between courses so we enjoyed our evening. However the delays became longer as the restaurant became busier.

Loved the new Lee’s concept. The food menu is small but everything is sooo good. The wings are a must! The service was fantastic as well

Started with the sangria and a glass of wine for my wife. Sangria was a little sweet for me, but i get that varies from place to place. Then had the trio dip appetizer but substituted the sourdough bread for the pita bread. Much better. Shared the village salad which was amazing. Then had the steak kabob for the entree - excellent. We shared the dishes and had plenty of food. We went on a Sunday at noon and the place was very quiet which we enjoyed. I know in the evenings it gets much more active. Highly recommend Helen's!
