Emporio, a rustic Roman-style trattoria, managed by the same team responsible for the successful Aurora Brooklyn and Aurora Soho restaurants, has become another one of their dining destinations known for excellent food delivered in a relaxed and authentic setting.Literally an Emporio, the restaurant will sell a superior selection of quality Italian provisions offering Italian and local cheeses, artisanal and house cured charcuterie, raw bar, fritti, wood-fired pizzas, homemade pastas and traditional Roman entrees. Demo is a restaurant in the West Village serving modern, Europe-inspired cuisine from Executive Chef Quang Nguyen and Sous Chef Dina Fan. In the case where we need to close due to inclement weather, we will contact you the day of your reservation. Socarrat, the quintessence of the perfect paella and for which the restaurant is named, is the delectable, sensuous crust that forms on the bottom of the paella pan when the liquid is rendered and the rice reaches its peak of succulence.
