CUT Steakhouse offers a fine dining experience sure to please the most sophisticated of diners. Start your evening with a glass of award-winning wine or perhaps a popular craft beer. From our menu, savour a dry-aged New York Striploin, delicious AAA Atlantic Rib-eye, PEI Blue Dot tenderloin or Wagyu beef all cooked to your specifications. Finish off with an amazing sampling of fine cheeses, a specialty liqueur and a decadent dessert. Downstairs, SHUCK Seafood + Raw Bar features a seafood market with a wide selection of Nova Scotia product delivered daily.     The food and service was excellent! The only thing that could have improved the evening would be the seating. The tables are very close together and the bench seating is quite low compared to the table height.

    We went for our anniversary and were given a complimentary glass of sparkling wine to start, nice touch. I would say this was my best restaurant experience. Everything was top tier. The service was impeccable. The food was absolutely delicious. Wine selection was great. Best steak I have ever had. Highly recommend.

    We were there to enjoy the dine around. Good value but the dessert was a bit lacking. Strip loin was only ok.

    The dine arpund menu was lovely. The shrimp cocktail and tableside ceaser salad excellent, the mash potato with truffle butter phenomenal. The fries were good but next time I would double up on the mashed potatoes. The mushrooms, caramelized onions and glazed carrots very good and the Brussel sprouts outstanding. I don't even like Brussel sprouts but fantastic. The tenderloin and strip loin were both excellent but different. And the petite fours to finish were the perfect ending. And the service was wonderful. Excellent staff.
