Located in the heart of London’s Soho, Dean Street Townhouse is set inside two Georgian buildings and offers an all-day menu with a focus on British classics, including a traditional Sunday roast, English breakfast and afternoon tea.

The dining room and bar feature vintage armchairs, contemporary British art, wooden floors, and an open fire in the parlour, while the front terrace offers views of Soho.

Traditional afternoon tea returns to Dean Street Townhouse. The full tea for £30 includes sandwiches, cakes, scones and your choice tea or coffee, or £43.50 including a glass of Thienot Champagne. Tea is served in our cosy parlour from Monday to Saturday between 2pm and 5pm. Please note that we do not offer afternoon tea in December. For bookings of 5 guests or more, please email restaurant@deanstreettownhouse.com. Please note that we do not accept cash.

Was really looking forward to trying this place - we waited 45 min for drinks. And the food was served before we got anything to drink. We had to ask 2 or 3 times for everything we ordered. The waiter was really sweet but they were understaffed and the restaurant was 60% full 🫣 The food was good but the overall experience was just not up to standard.

Absolutely enchanting evening, excellent service, beautiful atmosphere, and delicious food. Holiday decorations were beautiful too.

Exceptional service. Had breakfast on Christmas Eve. They ran out of bacon but didn’t tell us- when we complained they bought out loads of free extras to compensate. Small oversight more than compensated for by excellent service

Came here with my 5 year old son to eat on Christmas Eve. Myself and my wife have eaten here many times and has always been nice . However on this occasion the service was awful , the food was bland , the service was sterile. No real acknowledgment that it was Christmas and indeed no real effort made in any way with the fact I had a happy kid with us at Xmas . Very very poor

Lovely from the moment you arrive here. Table service was impeccable .. food, wine and ambience also. Thank you townhouse.

The food was good and service friendly. But the service charge is crazy. It just left a bit of a poor impression at the end.

We had a lovely pre-Christmas meal as a family. The food was delicious and our waiter Ridas was particularly jovial and attentive. I’d highly recommend.
