The biggest issue here is service. Im not sure what logic they use to deliver food. After ordering it took 40mins to get our food. 1 main entree came first. Then a side dish. Then 60 mins after we placed our order they tell us they ran out of the appetizer we ordered. Then our second entree was delivered. I order the Mongolian beef which I had many times over the years. They completely changed the dish to something with cabbage and puffed rice and a different sauce. It was not the same taste at all and I felt mislead. It should not include the adjective “Mongolian” if they are changing almost every aspect of the dish. When i asked our server she told me I ordered wrong. Then They tried to give us our side of rice at the end of the meal after we ate our food but I refused and sent it back. The restaurant needs to understand no matter how good the food is the service can ruin the experience. I wont be back.

Service was slow, ambiance ok, food ok. We had a reservation, did not have a table ready said we had to wait 10 minutes which is fine but then another couple Comes in with no reservation and they were sat before us.

I definitely thought it would be better. We didn't care of the sauces that were used on our dishes. Took awhile for someone to take our order. When the food came, which was relatively quick, it was just kind of thrown down on the table. Definitely no camaraderie going on with the server etc. It' s a one and done for us.

FANG is a culinary delight..!!..so many delicious dishes and if you cannot decide, the fool loon’s owner with the glasses, will select for you..!..and you will be delighted..!!..looking forward to returning..!!

All praise goes to the sous chef here, the proteins and vegetables are nicely cut and prepared. Everything else about this place is terrible. The service is gruff. Example, ordered sparkling water, they brought a bottle warm. And said they didn’t have any cold. when they went to take our order the guy just walked up to the table with his little computer and grunts at you. The hood doesn’t work, so you’re constantly smelling the smell of recycled burnt oil . The dishes are over sauced, there’s very little complexity to the sauces, mostly sugar. Only go here if you’re desperate.

I had no idea this was the same chef as House of Nan King when I booked. The food was amazing! Everything was unique and declined. The charred broccoli was one of the best things I have ever eaten. Would go back just for that. Loved it and can’t wait to return.

The owner came to the table asking if we were new to the restaurant. He asked about any dietary issues, and we needed gluten free. He chose our dishes and they were fabulous! Absolutely delicious nad varied in nature and flavor. We had a wonderful and satisfying experience.
