Once you get there, wich is not very easy to do. Everything there makes the trip worthwhile. The restaurant, the architecture, the outdoor kitchen, the interior design and art, the ambiance, the food, the service, and the view were simply spectacular.

Food was excellent good combination of sweet with fruits in the grains and savory meats that melted in your mouth as they were so tender

We had an absolutely fantastic experience. Robert masterfully made 19 courses directly in front of us. The ingredients are hyper local with all of the vegetables coming from the nearby garden. He walked us gracefully through classic Omakase and then transitioned to incredible creative local variations featuring ingredients like chiles. The quail yakatori in mole colorado was sublime. The pairings were all excellent and featured obscure and exotic small production from Valle de Guadalupe. It was an epic and unforgettable meal.

The food was very good. The ambience is absolutely stupendous, especially in the terrace where we had brunch!
