Steve did a wonderful job as our server tonight. He was very accommodating to our picky eater and made us feel so welcome. He recommended I order the spaghetti and meatballs which was VERY good. Thanks Steve! The food here is great!

We had a very enjoyable meal at SeaSalt. We all really enjoyed the appetizers we ordered: ceviche, house made burrata and raw oysters. For entrees, our table guests had the lobster, king snapper, sea bass and lettuce wraps. Everyone enjoyed their selections. Dessert was ok, but we all felt the first two courses were better. We shared the salt chocolate mousse and the coconut Panna cotta between 5 of us and all got our fill. Our server, Emily, was delightful. The ambience was lovely, seated under the stars with a gentle sea breeze blowing. We all agree that it deserves a good recommendation and we also agree that we would eat here again if we ever return to St. Thomas.

My family decided that was one of the best meals we’ve ever had- perfect chill but elevated beach vibe, great service from Arch and his support staff, and the food was incredible- our favorites were the tuna tartare, the charcuterie and my daughter loved the pork loin special. Even the water glasses were beautiful :-)

My family of 5 absolutely loved our experience at The Refinery. We arrived at 8:30 on Christmas night and the staff was clearly working really hard to accommodate a very busy evening - but all the while they were friendly and kind trying to make room to seat us. While they were out of empanadas by the time we ordered, it did not matter as we were totally delighted by the inventive combinations of flavors in all of the appetizers we shared ( we devoured 2 sticky and delicious popcorn chicken, a crab and corn fritters and a couple of salads) and then the special lobster and Trinidad Doubles entrees wowed us again - unexpected flavors so different from home (NYC) but absolutely delicious! This was our best meal yet on St John and our favorite service as well - they almost felt like family by the time we left. Loved and highly recommend!

Having stayed at their sister property in Martha's Vineyard a few months earlier we had to come over for a meal while celebrating a return anniversary in St. Thomas. Everyone, from the ferry crew to the resort staff could not have been friendly and, more so, fully efficient and competent. Saturday nights the resort's upscale restaurant is closed and instead there is a much more casual offering. It is, however, no less terrific I'm certain and for our evening, just perfect. The evening was a very special one thanks to the associates and team members, chef especially.
