Bar Red is located just east of Colfax and Glenarm, two blocks from the Colorado Convention Center and directly across Colfax from the Golden Triangle. Bar Red offers Authentic Italian cuisine. Happy hour from 4pm-7pm and dinner from 5pm to close. The menu was prepared by Chef Luke McCoy. Chef Luke is classically trained in French and Italian Cuisine. Chef Luke's signature Seared Salmon Risotto is famous amongst regulars. All of Chef Luke's dishes are meticulously prepared with fresh scratch ingredients ...and his house-made Desserts are to die for. Food and service were great! The lamb loin serving seemed a bit small, but every bite of food was delicious with a good flavor profile. The bartender's choice cocktail was fresh and well-balanced. I'd visit again.

Absolutely delicious! Great patio and ambience. Staff was all very welcoming and helpful with suggestions. Ceviche, Sikil Pak, Pipian Verde and Carne Asada were all amazing. Only wish we had saved room for dessert! Really enjoyed meeting chef Casiano when he came by our table to check in. This is fast becoming one of Denver’s best restaurants.

Incredible authentic Italian food served by the owners themselves, who talk and share their insights about the menu, food/wine pairings, and the history of the restaurant. Our table for two next to the window in a low key, quite, romantic setting made for a perfect date night. Food was simply delicious and just the right portion. We will be back!
