We first curate the wine list which includes 65+ wines by the glass and then design a food menu that specifically complements the wine. With a European feel, many of our guests proclaim that they have been whisked away to Italy or France. We love that! The guacamole was delicious. The dish I ordered had rice, beans and two enchiladas that had shrimp and crab. This was the first time I had this dish. I could hardly tell that there was any crab! The sauce for the enchiladas was very good, however next time my husband and I go to Pedro's I am going to ask them about the enchiladas that I previously had.

Amazing food, superlative service, and wonderful ambience. The Tasting House is a remarkable restaurant each, and every item on the menu is succulent beyond belief. And while you are enjoying their beautiful food and surroundings, a marvelous jazz group plays, traditional jazz that would bring a smile to anyone’s face on Bourbon Street. The Tasting House literally has everything to make a totally complete and delightful evening. One can only remember when the Michelin stars will begin to come.

We come regularly to enjoy our 5* experiences. This time I would say six stars ... as I studied the menu before. My favorite choices (yours maybe a different choice) were beyond expectation, outstanding. Did I say we'll come back? Okay you want to know something not so positive: Teleferic Los Gatos should consider the lightning one space is dark compared to the other. By the way the service is great: thank you Sheila S.
