Beste authentieke restaurants in Louisville

Definitely enjoyed all the food here (an app, two ceviches, two tacos, carne asada, bass). All amazing, fresh, flavorful. Sitting at the chef’s table was a great choice. Staff was wonderful! Avocado margarita was lovely. I only say noise level was moderate because it was busy which is good!

Saw this place on triple D and decided to give it a try. Excellent chicken!

Jason was fantastic. Explained everything well. Great sense of humor! Very good at working the table. Drinks never went empty. Good at getting to the table to ask if we ever needed anything. One of the better wait staff I have ever had in my life. Made the experience top notch. Hard to find great people that take pride in their work like this.

Although I did mark down a little on ambience (a refurbished Chinese restaurant), it was perfectly fine and representative of the best that this area seems to offer. And the price took a hit due to this being a pre fixe menu on Valentines Day, pricer than usually but again, similar to other offerings in this area. But they had plenty of staff on a very busy holiday, service was excellent, and the food was very fresh, well made, and delicious. Highly recommend.

First visit to Via Toscana. It was an awesome experience. The food was fantastic. The service was outstanding. We will be regulars.
