Roberto Paciullo opened his namesake restaurant almost twenty years ago. Since then it has become a neighborhood favorite and a destination for those visiting Arthur Avenue. He prepares the cuisine of his beloved hometown Salerno, Italy. Neighborhood spot with fabulous food and service. Authentic Italian flavor profile and excellent guidance from our servers. The prize meal was the double cut pork chop contadina. It was outstanding, even as leftovers. I would definitely come back here!!!

Maria, our server, was warm, welcoming, and helped make my son's birthday very special. The entire waitstaff was attentive and friendly. The food was amazing. We got appetizers, entrees, and dessert. I have dietary restrictions, and all food was made in accordance. Thank you for an outstanding dinner!

We arrived at Mario’s a half hour early for our reservation and they were able to accommodate us. We had an excellent meal from start to finish. Waiter was very knowledgeable - he was very helpful as one person in our party has a gluten intolerance. The calamari and asparagus appetizers were excellent as were the fish special (Chilean sea bass), the pumpkin gnocchi (another special), the zuppa di pesce, and the gamberetti fra diavolo. Would definitely return!

We have been visiting Mythos for many years and have never had a bad meal here. It continues to stand up to that standard. My favorite is the Branzino, always cooked to perfection.
