Ambiance is amazing. Staff and owner were very friendly. Delicious food and drinks. Definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

The food is absolutely amazing, and I highly recommend visiting this location specifically —you’ll enjoy incredible food, excellent wine, and top-notch service. I originally had a reservation at the Adelaide location, but the experience with the hostess there was AWFUL so AVOID IT. We arrived earlier (30 min) than our reservation due to a snowstorm, and I asked if we could be seated. The hostess was terrible—she seemed stressed and wouldn’t even make eye contact when speaking to me. She rudely asked us to move aside while she finished something else, which I could overlook. But eventually, she came back and told us they were at capacity and suggested we “just cancel”. She didn’t offer for us to wait at the bar, or say something like “let me see what I can do,” or even politely explain that we could only be seated at our reserved time. Instead, she asked us to leave in a tone that was completely unnecessary. I’m so glad I decided to switch to the location on Queen instead!

What a great restaurant! We were a group of 12, served by Ivan. There was really friendly service and awesome food; two in the group had to leave early, so they made sure their food was out of the kitchen first. All the dishes were tasty and the cocktails good too.

First time dining at PWD and really enjoyed our experience! Food was tasty, drinks were yummy, and service was great! Was not busy when we arrived but slowly started to fill up as we sat. Overall good vibes!
