Della Santina's Trattoria in Sonoma, San Francisco is a traditional Italian restaruant serving recipes mostly from Lucca, Italy. It was founded by Quirico (Dan) and Shirley Della Sanitina. With the passing of Shirley Della Santina - Quirico, his son Robert and wife Nicole continue to carry on the family business and Tuscan traditions.
