At Millpond Gatherings, we are an all encompassing hospitality center where you can eat, celebrate, shop, and stay with us here in the quaint town of Northford, Connecticut. The Millpond Steakhouse, run by Executive Chef Pedro Avila, is a farm-to-table modern American steakhouse with a fine dining flare. Brunch was very good. Large portions, great presentation. Only thing off was where we were seated by hostess. The place wasn’t busy, and they had all tables immediately next to one another so conversations were a bit awkward.

Sat in the loft area, which is our favorite section because it is much quieter & a cozy corner. Food was excellent as always. I had the seafood pasta, which had a generous amount of seafood & a light sauce. My husband had steak which was large & cooked just how he liked it. Service was excellent! Been here several times & will be back again because everything is consistently good!

This is our regular Christmas or Thanksgiving location. It’s never disappointed. Pricing isn’t “holiday inflated”, food is always on point, service is stellar. I’m big on cocktails and theirs are lovely. Thought out and executed well. Huge wine selection, and deserts that don’t disappoint. Put this place on your list.
