You’ll find our coffee sommelier at The Barista’s Bar ready to take you through a tailored coffee experience, and our tea lady roaming the room with a trolley adorned with fresh coffee, our selection of ethically sourced teas and cakes.

The Cafe at The Grounds has team of chefs who constantly push the boundaries and reinvents the classics in order to deliver you perfect flavour combinations that will make you want to come back time and time again.NOTE: At The Cafe, to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to dine in, we operate on a walk-in only basis for smaller tables during peak hours. If no tables are available on arrival, we will add you to an electronic waiting list and text you when your table is ready, leaving you free to explore the rest of The Grounds. Rest assured, all groups on the wait list will be able to dine-in on the day.
Table reservations are only accepted for the restaurant, not the rooftop. A set menu applies to groups of 8 or more. If you have a party of 8+, please make an enquiry at bookings@babylonrooftop.com.au. A customary 10% gratuity fee for groups of 8+ applies in the restaurant. The Rooftop is our bar area and is available on a walk-in basis for groups of 1 – 14. We do not accept online bookings for this area. A full a la carte bar menu is available to order all day. Groups of 15+ must enquire at bookings@babylonrooftop.com.au. Minimum spends apply. Please note, if you book the restaurant, and on arrival decide to move to the rooftop, a cancellation fee of $50pp will apply. Sushi Sei new Menu will focus on fresh seafood including Japanese classic sushi and other seasonal ingredients. The concept of Sushi Sei revolves around providing a casual and enjoyable experience at the sushi counter. Guests have the opportunity to savor sushi while engaging in conversation with skilled sushi chefs. They can relish their preferred sushi toppings to their satisfaction and, for those unfamiliar with the menu, the traditional Omakase option is available as well.
