The Great Stone is in a quiet residential area of Northfield. As it has been here for hundreds of years, it is a traditional pub with a fantastic beer garden. Sushi passion is absolutely excellent. It’s a lovely place to have a meal. The staff are friendly and very helpful, the food is absolutely amazing and the ambience is amazing too. Just amazing!!🤩

We had the tasting menu with a few swaps as we don’t eat red meat. We ate lots of new and exciting foods which were beautifully presented and delicious. The staff were all friendly and very accommodating. Each dish came with a detailed explanation and we didn’t have to wait long for each course to arrive. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. I just wish I’d realised it was a dog friendly restaurant as we could have shared this wonderful experience with our pet.

Such a shame that Laghis is closing tonight, Hopefully the fantastic skills of the chefs and the front of house staff will be recognised and an opportunity arise for them to work together in another restaurant in Birmingham.

Thank you so much to everyone at the Great Stone. We were entertaining special guests and we had a delicious lunch. The casual, friendly ambiance was just right and the service was excellent.
