FICK Brewing Company is a local neighbourhood brewery with an indoor bar and a covered outdoor beer garden. The owners are Luxembourgish and Australian so the food is representative of that with the European-style street food such as hand-cut, double-cooked chips with Dutch Mayo, Tarte Flambees (French-style pizzas), Belgian Mussels and chips (Moules Frites), Currywurst (chopped Bratwurst with curry ketchup on chips), Farinata (North Italian chickpea pancake), as well as Wagyu beef burgers. We thought we were going to get into the restaurant with a bit of a wait as there was quite a queue however that wasn’t the case and we were served very promptly! Food was outstanding and it was SO GREAT to see MOCKTAILS on the menu for a few of my team who are non drinkers. We had a really great night! At the end of the night, we were blown away by the staff at the level of cleanliness, pulling all the cushions off every single chair and seat. What a fantastic job you all did (can you see we enjoyed to so much I had to tell my team we needed to leave as everyone else had gone already ! Happy Christmas to the Aspley Steakhouse crew!
