Inspired by the best pizza of New York City and Naples, Italy. In 2005, Annie and Craig Stoll annexed the space next door to their James Beard Award winning Delfina restaurant fulfilling a long time dream of bringing Neapolitan-inspired pizzas to San Francisco. The 600 square foot space was an instant neighborhood hotspot, and Pizzeria Delfina became the ""darling of the San Francisco food scene"" opening a second location in 2008 to popular demand. The service was good, food was delicious, the oysters were surprising giant size this time, usually it's smaller, so I ordered 12 for just the 2 of us dining, it was very filling that I ended up taking my Rib eye entree to go.

Restaurant was bustling and lively with a great, warm atmosphere. Food was really good and the servers were very professional and attentive. Only comment is that it was super loud, we could hardly hear each other at a table of four. But good for them that they were so crowded! I totally recommend it, just know it may not be quiet.

Such a great anniversary dinner. Manager brought a heat lamp to our outside table, the waiter was kind and funny, the hen in woods pizza and sides great. Lovely wine. Couldn’t ask for more!! Thank you
