We are seriously passionate about patties and are based in Bourton-On-The-water, also known as ‘Venice of the Cotswolds’. Our restaurant sits circa 30 guests making it a small, exclusive place to come and eat. Since opening, we have made it our mission to get our hands on the best possible ingredients. We also use dry aged beef with a great fat content supplied by Aubrey Allen, which marries up with our strong, unique flavour combinations giving you the ultimate bite! We cant forget about or delightful buns, which are handmade daily by a wonderful local baker. All the flour used for our buns is made up of Cotswold flour sourced from local farmers. We also pride ourselves on having a vibrant cocktail scene. All of our cocktails are bespoke to us and our syrups and flavourings are made in house!

Nagomi is the first Korean / Japanese restaurant in the Cotswolds & Gloucestershire offering an indoor smokeless table bbq & hot pot experience (we use the world leading yakiniku table grill from Japan). This is massively popular in Japan, Korea, London and the USA, so come and try it out !! We also have a great selection of authentic Japanese & Korean dishes + sushi rolls cooked from scratch in the kitchen, if you don't fancy DIY grilling. We have separate Gluten Free and Vegetarian/Vegan menus available. All of our dishes have been taught to us by Korean and Japanese chefs, so that we can give you the most authentic experience possible. The Fox is a traditional 17th century Cotswold inn, next to the River Windrush, offering accommodation and delicious homemade seasonal dishes. The pub was taken over in early 2022 by the team behind The Angel at Burford who look forward to welcoming you.
Nasprías is the name of the land where our family has had its vineyard in Sardinia for almost a century. It is a name that we relate to family and traditions, values which are at the core of our food: pizza al taglio, croissants, cakes and much more. We use real Sardinian ingredients together with the freshest local produce sourced from right here in the Costwolds. We don’t buy pre-made or frozen doughs, we source the best flour and yeast and let our doughs raise for 24-48 hours, just like our families did in the past; the way it should be done.Nasprías tips its hat to my Sardinian roots and also serves Illy coffee, the best that Italy has to offer made to Illy’s exacting high standards alongside other drinks that you can find in any Italian bar.
