We are a 21+ restaurant and bar. Founded in 2018 by Joel and Matthew and purchased in late 2022 by Becky and Jon, the vision remains the same: Old English pub vibes, high quality food. We loved The Shambles from the minute we walked in and now we continue the heritage of what was created before us. On the food side: high quality steaks, cut in house. Cooks who have the freedom to create seasonal dishes ranging from foraged mushrooms to house made sausages. Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside. Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine. The items on it frequently change based on the seasonality of the ingredients, ensuring new items are introduced as others leave. Umi Sake House is a unique Japanese cuisine restaurant in the Belltown area of Seattle featuring the highest quality seafood available in the Northwest, a large izakaya-style tapas menu, and boasting a sake list of over 60 imported Japanese bottles.
