The Fifty-Niner is a one-of-a-kind experience in Colorado Springs. It is the only hidden speakeasy game cafe in the City and quite possibly the state. You will book a 2 hr time block for your table and select a game from our extensive board game library. Then, you just sit, sip, munch and play the old fashioned way.PLEASE NOTE: There is limited availability for seating/reservations during Springs Ensemble Theatre rehearsals and performance dates. Talking up St. Louis' wide-ranging Italian eatery scene, which gets as specific as regional specialties, he says he's wanted to have a place like this since he was 18."We're going to start very simple and accessible," he says, "we'll play to the crowd and start a dialogue, then grow the menu with community input.""Simple," includes dishes like his tomato bisque, with which only has five ingredients. "It's all about the perfect balance. And that gets back to the essence of good Italian food: quality ingredients, very few, in perfect balance."
