The story of St Andrews Beach Brewery dates back to the early 2000’s, when our Co-founder Andrew Purchase built the racetrack on the property for the royal family of Australian horse racing – the Freedman Brothers. When the property became available in 2015, Andrew and Michael Freedman saw an opportunity that was too good to miss. We were 4 for lunch. The share plates enabled the option to try and taste a variety of dishes. A better way than selecting one and admiring what is on the plate of fellow guests.

Fantastic experience. Very inciteful in the best possible way. Had an early booking on a Sunday, which meant we had the tasting table to ourselves. Absolutely brilliant.

The staff at Jimmy Rum were so accommodating. They assisted us with our birthday cake, and the live band even sung happy birthday! It was a welcoming, and comfortable environment. With a wonderful relaxing atmosphere. Food and drinks were delish! Highly recommend.
