Absolutely amazing experience here as a table of 2 tonight. service was fantastic, the best cocktails i’ve ever had, and the food was unreal. everything about this resteraunt is perfect and i will return time and time again. thank you for a wonderful night!

Amazing venison. Scallops were great but small portion. More of a bite than a starter. Quiet and quaint with tasty food

Lovely pub and very attentive staff. Sunday lunch was good, but not quite the excellent we had hoped for. Belly of pork was meant to come with crackling but instead had a thing placed on top that was like a large, overcooked pork scratching, and the gravy was a bit lacking in flavour, but I’m probably being a bit picky as we’d definitely go back again as overall experience was great!!

Fantastic food and fantastic friendly staff, highly recommend

We were dining to celebrate my son’s 21st so we were a table of four; the general arrangement perhaps suits couples better than it does larger groups but the staff were terrific, friendly and helpful. The establishment is quirky, an absolute delight although perhaps not best suited to the infirm as the toilets were a slight trek (but again beautifully quirky). The menu changes frequently and the staff were keen to explain any queries that we had. The general arrangement was that food was brought with the intention of sharing, bigger servings than tapas style but the principle was similar. It’s been a week since we were there and I’m still not sure what course was my favourite:- the food is absolutely top quality and clearly served with love, care and attention. Loved it utterly and will definitely be back.
