It's here we make all our seasonal ferments, pickles and drinks - all of which you can buy ready jarred from our fridge. Blacklock is a modern version of the Great British chophouse. Set in an old electricity substation on the site of London"s oldest meat market. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall.
