Wolfgang Zwiener, a veritable icon after over four decades of loyal service at the legendary Peter Luger’s in New York, has become a legend, himself, with seven successful steakhouses across the country bearing his name. Building a solid reputation on the strength of his service and exacting standards, Zwiener hand selects all sides of beef served in his steakhouses, and chooses only USDA Prime Grade Black Angus beef for superior marbling, tenderness, flavor and texture. A ritual with an artisan’s flair, the sides of beef are dry-aged on site to perfection, and then carved to order by our own butcher into Wolfgang’s signature Porterhouse, prime New York sirloin, ribeye, filet mignon, and prime rib. The results are luxurious ----- meltingly tender and juicy steaks served sizzling hot with a perfectly caramelized crust.

Okada Manila turns up the heat in the local culinary scene and introduces Enbu with the dancing flames of the grill as the restaurant’s inspiration. Suspended in multiple rows from the ceiling are 2,160 red chochin lanterns, reminiscent of festivals and picturesque streets in Japan. In the main dining area, Enbu’s stylish and inviting robata counters take center stage. Guests are called to take a seat and watch as Chef Atsushi Yoshida and his team make use of traditional Japanese cooking techniques, slow-grilling the finest meats and local produce over charcoal resulting to beautifully charred and full-flavored dishes with smoky aromas. Located at the Crystal Corridor of Okada Manila, Enbu offers a full range of classic Japanese dishes with fitting sake and wine pairings along with a grand view of The Fountain.

Phenomenal experience all around. The food was wonderful, with a great ambiance for a romantic dinner. The private viewing deck for the fountain show was incredible. Most of all, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I very much look forward to going again the next time I’m in Manila. Can not recommend enough for people looking for a wonderful night out.

The order time is very slow. Our order arrived after 30+ mins even when the restaurant was not full. I also feel like the restaurant is understaffed.
