Hampton Winds Restaurant is the training ground for Northampton's highly-regarded Culinary Arts program. Students in the second half of their studies run the facility under the guidance of skilled executive chefs. The outcome is creative fine dining, including a la carte lunch service and a prix fixe dinner menu.Menu offerings change periodically to reflect the seasons.
