We offer 2 seatings per day at 5:30 and 7:30 PM. Check in time is 15 minutes before boil time. Please confirm your orders with us directly ahead of your reservation. Fish Boils- Monday, Wednesday, and FridayCajun Boils- Tuesday, Thursday, and SaturdayFish boils are Door County’s only indigenous dish, brought to the Peninsula by Scandinavian immigrants.Our Masterboiler slices fresh fish into chunks, then boils it with baby red potatoes and sweet onions. The fish boil kettle is brought to a boil over an open fire… when the fish is cooked to perfection, a small amount of kerosene is poured into the base of the fire. The result? A spectacular burst of flames and the famous boil-over that leaves the food ready to be immediately served at your table inside the restaurant. Fish, potatoes, and onions served with fresh lemons, melted butter, coleslaw, homemade sweet breads and Door County cherry pie.Great craft beers & wine selection!
