The Seven Stars is a 16th century country inn situated in the heart of Surrey, close to both Dorking and Reigate, with Gatwick airport seven miles away. It has wealth of character which includes a large inglenook fireplace, beamed ceilings, recently renovated gardens and patios along with ample parking.An extension that now forms the main dining area was completed in 1996 and won the British Heritage Development Award for that year.The Seven Stars has a great atmosphere, we have strived to keep it a village pub where friends and locals meet up to wine, dine and and enjoy freshly cooked food, sourced from the local area. Like the Fox & Grapes: good choices on menu and drinks. Venue good. Bit pricey. Not full today but quite noisy with those there.

The Sunday roast was amazing, and our host, Liam, was outstanding. He was attentive and made sure that we had a top-up on our roast. His timing for each course we had was impeccable. It was the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I will definitely visit again because the customer service was 10/10.

A relatively quiet Saturday lunch with superb baguettes and a side of chips that were some of the nicest I have had for a while. Lovely beer and toilets that were spotless topped it off
