Nestled on the gates of The Windsor Great Park and Virginia Water Lake, The Bailiwick Freehouse is a gastronomic destination for locals and visitors to enjoy the very best produce that this naturally plentiful area has to offer. Working in some of the countries top restaurants, husband and wife duo Steven & Ami Ellis took over in 2021 and have since given this pub a new lease of life. We have zero tolerance for aggressive behaviour.The Boatman, is Windsor’s only pub on the river at the foot of Windsor Castle overlooking Eton Bridge. Serving freshly cooked food all day everyday from midday to 9pm at night, in the cosy bar, restaurant or in the stunning riverside all-weather conservatory, there is a fine selection of wine, ales, cocktails to choose from. The bar area and terrace is dog friendly, we cannot accept any pets in the conservatory or restaurant.
