Located at 5520 Burnet Rd. (Ste. 100), The Peached Tortilla specializes in Asian comfort food with a Southern twist. While the restaurant has brought some of the trucks’ street food favorites to the restaurant including its famous tacos and JapaJam burger, it boasts a number of new menu items influenced by Chef Eric Silverstein's childhood growing up in Asia. Highlights include the Southern Fun (stir fried wide rice noodles with brisket, kale, onions and herbs), Dan Dan Noodles and the Malaysian Laksa bowl.
