Its’ modern, yet familiar, diner experience is grounded in nostalgia and focuses on creative desserts and elevated diner favorites. This location is steps from Fox Theatre, LCA, Comerica and short walk from Ford Field. Outdoor Patio Seating is available for reservations and walk-ins. Bar Pigalle, located at 2915 John R Street in the heart of Brush Park, Detroit, offers a New-American, French-inspired dining experience combined with a creative selection of playful cocktails and an exceptional wine list. Led by award-winning mixologist Travis Fourmont and Chef Norman Valenti, Bar Pigalle is nestled within The Carlton Lofts, a historic building designed by renowned American architect Louis Kamper.
The Caucus Club, located in the Penobscot Building, is an historic, stylish art deco masterpiece featuring two distinct dining spaces, historic bar and live Jazz. The front entrance leads guests to the elegant front dining room with the stage being the focal point. The back entrance leads to the dark and moody back room and bar with space for mingling, cocktails and dining. Adjacent to the bar entrance is the Caucus Club Kitchen, fully viewable from the hallway of the Penobscot building.The menu centers around the in-house dry-aging room, yielding Prime Steaks and Chops expertly butchered on site. The balance of the menu features seafood and eclectic dishes that change with the seasons. Lunch has its own unique offerings, and the Bar offers distinct offerings for Happy Hour. An extensive wine list is housed in a state of the art cellar with private lockers. Dress code is business casual at a minimum, and is strictly enforced. Please dress accordingly
