Beste fine dining-restaurants in Castle Pines

Just reserve and go. It’s only a hidden gem if you don’t go looking. Get curious out of the car entering this most magical property taking its aspen roots revitalizing a long withered pocket of Denver’s beautiful downtown capital hill area.

Food was excellent, and good service. I enjoyed seeing the Slate hotel - its rich history and the thoughtful way they’ve updated the building. The restaurant is in the lobby of the hotel, but that didn’t diminish our experience.

Staff was A+! They were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond. Definitely would go back.

Nice easy going breakfast place. They do not require reservations for breakfast and rarely for lunch. My server, Miguel U was nice and efficient. He gave me plenty of time to make my selections. I ordered a hot matcha latte from the Little Owl Coffee bar nearby. He brought over a small stoneware beaker of simple syrup to sweeten my latte. I got the Scrambled Toast with veggies & scrambled egg on sourdough toast and an Icelandic style Skyr yogurt with granola. I will be back to try other items including lunch.

Service and food were great. Our server Mike went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our experience.
