Im Anschluss können Sie den Abend in der Oysterbar entspannt ausklingen lassen.Genießen Sie im THEOS Fleisch vom Angus Rind, Dry Aged Beef und andere hausgereifte Fleischspezialitäten.Unsere Steak Cuts durchlaufen einen Trocken-Reifungsprozess von 40 Tagen; durch dieses Dry Aging, entsteht beim stark marmorierten Steak unsere Spitzenqualität. Die Zubereitung im 800 Grad heißen Southbend Ofen bringt die typischen Fleischaromen voll zur Geltung. Die Karamelisierung macht das Äußere der Dry Aged Steaks besonders kross und unverwechselbar im Geschmack.
