Our story: The StockHouse is result of four people with an avid love of good food, good times & good value. Having both eaten out and working in various establishments both in Ireland and abroad, and having spoken about opening our own restaurant on many a night out it finally came to be when Mick and Orla approached Tom and Carmel about the possibility of opening a place of our own. They had been watching the building for quite a while and when it became available they decided to act and so our partnership was formed and StockHouse was born....
Flambé was founded with a simple yet profound vision: to create a gathering place where friends and family could come together to savor delicious food in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our journey began in January 2024 when Carolann embarked on a culinary adventure fueled by a deep love for International cuisine and a desire to share the magic of Flambé with the world. Based on her days of travelling whilst working within the fashion industry she found a correlation between the art of design and the art of food.Since our opening on March 10th 2024, we are growing into a beloved dining destination, earning a reputation for excellence one dish at a time. Our commitment to quality ingredients, expert craftsmanship, and good customer service is earning us the trust and loyalty of our guests, who we hope will return time and again to indulge in our culinary creations as well as our tempting wine list.
