Carmella’s Plates & Pints is the first restaurant for co-owners, Carmella Salem and Michael Alberter. Great overall experience! Allergy concious. They are very allergy conscious and ask for any food allergies straight away. Normally someone with me is GF but they were not there to truly test that full experience. Next time they visit home with me we fully plan to come back to give it the full experience!

Visiting PA from NM and found this gem on Open Table. Three diners, two different glasses of wine and an Old Fansioned started our adventure. Treated ourselves to the Brussels sprouts and they were outstanding. Absolutely outstanding. Sara(h) our server sold us on the nighty special of a Prime Rib Stroganoff. We also settled on Rigatoni and another pasta dish with pulled chicken topped with a poached egg. All three entrees were very good and I would recommend them. Bread came with the meal and the rolls were warm, and soft. All in all, DeBlaze at 131 was a fantastic evening out. Shout out to Sara(h) our super friendly and attentive server.
