Adam’s take on a traditional British pub, The Loch & the Tyne is open 5 days a week, from Wednesday to Sunday. We very much celebrate English wines, both still and sparkling.We are dog and children friendly pub. You’ll find Plate at No. 6 down a cobbled lane in the heart of Windsor, nestled amongst the pubs and boutiques of the old town. Went there with my daughter’s family, so three generations. Everything was perfect, especially the service. So we all enjoyed the lunch and the three generations were totally happy.

The food is really good . The restaurant was really busy so the night we were in they had run out of the fish dishes . The menu is so good that we didn't feel like we were missing out . Would definitely recommend

You cannot match the Settings or the view of this restaurant it’s incredible, it is located right on the river, and there is a partial view of Windsor castle, it took us, roughly 8 minutes to walk from the Castle to this restaurant. great selection of medium to full body wines, there’s also a good selection of other drinks, if you are not a wine drinker. To start, we have the French onion soup and Fougasse ( garlic bread). Both were delicious,, our family had the beef cheek Bourguignon, Paulette Breton and sirloin steak. The bourguignon had a thicker gravy then I perfer, but overall Our meal was delicious. The View and service were excellent… The ambience is very relaxing and peaceful, this was the perfect place to wind down after a busy day. I would discourage parents taking children who are tried and fussy.
