Chef/Owner James DeSisto has a seasonal a la carte menu featuring fresh seafood, pasta, steaks, and appetizers. In addition there is a chef’s special menu featuring local and seasonal food from all over NJ, PA, and NY please keep in mind this menu changes weekly. Chef DeSisto also has gluten free and vegan options for guests as well. Our outdoor patio is weather permitting, if we cannot accommodate outside due to weather we will move you inside depending on availability. Ah'pizz is a pizza restaurant offering authentic Neapolitan pizza. Many people know a Neapolitan-style pizza when they see one, but don't know what gives its distinctive look and taste. Ah'pizz is more than happy to educate its guests, ensuring diners know exactly why this pizza tastes so good. First, Ah'pizz' red sauce is made with San Marzano tomatoes that have been harvested from the volcanic plains surrounding Mt. Vesuvius. The flour used to make the dough is finely ground imported Italian flour and everything is cooked in an extremely hot wood burning stone oven for no more than ninety seconds.Ah'Pizz menu contains all kinds of classic Italian recipes. There is the traditional marinara made without cheese, the margherita, the salsiccia made with crumbled Italian sausage and the house specialty Uovo made with crisp prosciutto, imported burrata cheese and a roasted egg over a white sauce.

Therefore SAYOLA comes from the names of the proprietors children: SAndra, YOrett, and LAzaro.
