The first Braybrook Hotel is thought to have been erected around 1854, possibly in response to the demand from travellers to the gold fields. However, the earliest rate record found for this building was in 1863-4 when Charles Niven Young was the licensee and John Lang was the owner. We have a 22 seater SUSHI TRAIN open Wednesday to Sunday lunches 12 - 3pm and Wednesday to Saturday Dinners 5 - 8pm it includes an EXPRESS train which delivers hot food ordered via a tablet. My first dining experience here although my friend has raved about this place for ages. So I booked based on her recommendation. Fabulous place - food was excellent and wait staff were amazing and helped to elevate what was already a great experience. Hugo and Sean provided expert knowledge of food (and sake) and made sure that we were well looked after. Will definitely visit again - awesome experience !

We have 2 other closer pubs, North Port & Railway BUT we have been going here for last 4 years at least several times a month, including getting takeout during Covid. That’s got to say, we definitely rate the place. Probably been to the others mentioned, 5 or 6 times over same period.

Came here for the second time and it did not disappoint. We had the feed me menu and we were stuffed towards the end. The entire experience was made more memorable by our lovely server Katherine! She was so friendly and attentive and made the entire experience more pleasant. Will definitely be returning for a third time!
