Beste glutenvrije restaurants in Flint

Our second time at Sprout Kitchen and the food and service was excellent. Our waiter was really friendly. Lots of choice on breakfast and brunch menu. Only reason I gave it a 4* for value was I felt the drinks were a bit overpriced- it was my daughters birthday so we had a mimosa each and it was £16.00 I would highly recommend it but book a table as it gets very busy

The food was absolutely amazing! Service was great and the restaurant itself looks lovely! Hope to see it get busier as it definitely deserves it.

I had booked a table in the restaurant but was actually seated in the bar dining area. However the table we had was fine as it was reasonably quiet. The service , food and atmosphere were very good. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. I have been to The Royal Oak a few times at various times of the day over past 12 months as it is an ideal place to meet ip with friends and will be going again in the new year.

We got sat next to a family and their children just wouldn’t keep still to the point of nearly kicking my wife
