PISTACHE is a Parisian-style French bistro with a Mediterranean twist. It serves simple, delicious meals made with fresh, local and imported products. Since 2001, we have been located in downtown West Palm Beach, in CityPlace. Our original location was surrounded by grand fountains, which inspired our name. However, as our popularity grew, so did our need for space. And, after 23 years, we moved into our new home, which is just steps away from the old one. Our new space is beyond our wildest imaginations. Starting in the kitchen, we have every amenity a chef could want, allowing us to serve a wide variety of classic Italian dishes, including homemade pastas, handcrafted pizzas, and mouth-watering seafood and meat entrees.
