Our passion is to bring an authentic and contemporary Temaki (hand rolls) & Omakase concept that highlights delicate hand rolls and artful craft cocktail pairings to Flushing, Queens. The executive chef, Ben, also a former executive chef at Sushi Seki, an Alumnus of Michelin-starred Tim Ho Wan, in Hong Kong, and New York’s O Ya and Kissaki omakase sushi bar.
