Saffron serves an eclectic mixture of traditional Indian Cuisine punctuated by the flavors of the Himalayas. Our food stand true to its roots and origin while we source most of our produce locally. All dishes, sauces, naans and desserts are made in house from scratch. We are proud to be the first restaurant in Austin with a dedicated Nepalese menu. Nepal is a land of many flavors, while many of its dishes are indigenous and indicative of its culture and people, while few are inspired by its immediate neighbors, India and China.
