We offer a fresh and inventive twist to traditional Irish fare, bringing together flavours from our travels around the world and local seasonal ingredients to create food you’ll fall in love with. Our dishes are influenced by our journeys around the world, childhood memories and seasonal changes. Located on the sixth floor of The Mayson Hotel is Ryleigh’s Rooftop Restaurant, with outdoor terrace.
