Trumpets on the Bay is a wonderful dining establishment, with an amazing location and decor. The food and drinks are always prepared with care, tastes delicious and presented by experienced and professional servers (Walter was wonderful). We highly recommend this restaurant. My favorite meal in the hamptons is here at Le Charlot. Ask for the Cajun chicken....even though it's not on the menu they almost always have it. It's divine. Especially paired w a martini!
