12.12.12 We began a journey together with the community of Hudson, Massachusetts. An idea to open a small flatbread shop evolved into something we could only dream about. Our story is about a community's hope to do something special and to bring attention back to the things that matter most- like sitting around a fire, with warm friends, cold beers and great flatbread! Although delicious wood fired flatbread pizza is the champion on our menu it's just the beginning -we are a family friendly restaurant offering unique spins on new American comfort food classics like burgers, chicken tenders, tacos and mac and cheese to name a few.

Our 99 seat restaurant opened in 2022 and features scratch made entrees, a delicious ever changing cocktail list and a wonderful ambiance that incorporates touches of Concord's history throughout. With a fun and cozy environment, The West Village Tavern has quickly become a local favorite. Chef Walace's diverse American style menu features some the most loved comfort meals as well as some delicious takes on international cuisine, like our scratch dumplings. Over in our bar, we have a wonderful cocktail menu with what seems like endless options. Don't forget about to check out our expansive whiskey and rum offerings as well.
