POM is Fantasy Springs Resort Casino's answer to casino cafes. POM features breakfast, lunch and dinner in an atmosphere that's light, airy and modern. Reviewers on Yelp.com give POM 4&1/2 stars out of 5 and for good reason. The food here is of top quality. Chef Freddy Rieger even gets herbs used for cooking and garnish from the garden just outside the restaurant's French doors. The food is inventive yet hearty and the service is friendly and attentive. This is our favorite Chinese restaurant in Olive of Coachella Valley. Lately it’s been going downhill the Kung pow chicken has been overcooked every time they must have a new chef. It is not the same for the past month.

I cannot say enough nice things about this restaurant! Our server, Antonia, was the best! She had recommendations that were spot on. She new the menu, and answered questions. The manager came by and said- ‘welcome, you were the first to order our special tonight on Christmas Eve!” The service from seating, thru the meal, to the end was absolutely wonderful. Thank you! Do make a point to have any meal here! Thank you again!!
