The menu takes influence from barbecue all over the world, smoking, roasting, charring and grilling, inspired by the smoked meats of great American pit masters; but cooked with a Modern British touch. Alongside the barbecue we are renowned for our incredible burgers - particularly our Burger of the Month (BOTM) which, as you can guess, changes every month. We love the food at S&S and always enjoy coming to the restaurant, however on the last few occasions the service is so hit and miss! The waiters seem so indifferent and not very attentive, the orders are sometimes wrong or forgotten and missed, you have to remind the staff or request little things like plates and water. Overall, the main thing that needs to be improved is the service.

Unfortunately there had been a fire before our visit which meant only the back of the restaurant was open so I can't judge this as a normal visit. Wasn't great having to walk through the smoking area to leave which was the lasting memory.
