We are farmers and distillers, making Husk Rum and Ink Gin on our beautiful 150acre family farm. Husk Rum is a rare style made from farm to bottle using the finest quality freshly crushed cane juice grown and bottled at Husk Farm. Ink Gin is boldly unconventional, sparking conversation & making people take note. A true original, Ink brings colour & art to people through gin. The Husk Distillery Bar & Planter’s Kitchen is open Wednesday-Sunday from 11am with a full cocktail and lunch menu available until 3pm on weekdays and 4pm on weekends (subject to change), and an all day menu available until the kitchen closes. We are open Mondays & Tuesdays from 11am. Join us and enjoy small plates and grazing boards off our all day menu and have a full choice of tasting flights and cocktails.
